Full Completion Target
470 MW delivered across three phases — all approvals secured, equipment ordered, construction underway
First phase located in Pensulo Village, connected via 330 kV evacuation to the ZESCO Pensulo substation. Targeted for completion by March 2027.
Second phase expanding capacity at Pensulo Village, bringing cumulative output to 300 MW. Targeted for completion by December 2027.
Final phase completing the full 470 MW project, with 20 MW evacuated via 66 kV to the PLR substation. Targeted for completion by June 2028.
